MICROSOFT AI TOUR

Microsoft AI Tour conferences presented businesses and technology professionals with strategies that encourage successful AI adoption and implementation. This global tour spanned across eleven major cities and provided attendees with information from keynote speakers, hands on-workshops, app building experiences, and exhibit booths. During this experience, Microsoft and affiliated sponsors showcased how artificial intelligence tools such as Copilot, Azure AI, and Github can enhance productivity and engagement. Attendees left the experience with skills, insights, and guidance from community leaders and Microsoft engineers.

Key designed spaces for each large-scale venue included the Global Hub, keynote mainstage, green rooms, breakout session stages, and executive lounges. The scope of design work for Microsoft AI Tours focused on collaboration with Creative Producers, 2D Graphic Designers, and AV Designers for the space planning, visualization, and FF+E needs of each venue.

MAINSTAGE

Mainstages provided platforms for keynote speakers to excite and inform attendees about the future of Microsoft’s AI and Security Solutions. These experiences engaged the audience and reinforced the critical themes and content across the event. Attendees had opportunities to network and share media before, during, and after speaker sessions. Aquent Studio’s design scope encompassed AV, FF+E, and visualization needs for venue theaters and green rooms.
